Whistleblowing Procedure

Sartoria Gray srl promotes a corporate culture based on integrity, fairness, transparency and respect for rules.

In accordance with Legislative Decree 24/2023, a whistleblowing system is active that allows for reporting, including anonymously, violations of national or European laws or regulations, as well as unlawful, improper, or non-compliant behaviors with the principles of the company's Code of Ethics, of which one has become aware in the course of professional activities.

The reporting channel is intended for employees, collaborators, consultants, suppliers, and, more generally, all subjects who have professional relationships with Sartoria Italiana.

The company guarantees:

• the confidentiality of the reporter's identity, if declared

• the protection of personal data

• the absolute prohibition of any form of retaliation, direct or indirect, against anyone who makes a report in good faith

Reports must be made exclusively through this page.

Following the submission of the report, Sartoria Gray srl will provide confirmation of receipt within the terms established by law and will ensure feedback on the outcome or status of the report, compatible with confidentiality requirements and ongoing verifications.
If the reporter has identified themselves or can otherwise be contacted through the platform, feedback will be provided through the same channel.

The processing of personal data related to the management of reports takes place in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Legislative Decree 24/2023, exclusively for purposes related to the management and verification of reports.
