In compliance with Legislative Decree 24/2023 , a whistleblowing system is active that allows you to report, even anonymously, violations of national or European laws or regulations , as well as illicit, incorrect or non-compliant behavior with the principles of the company's Code of Ethics , of which you have become aware in the context of your professional activities.

The reporting channel is intended for employees, collaborators, consultants, suppliers, and, more generally, all those who have professional relationships with Sartoria Italiana.

The company guarantees:

• the confidentiality of the whistleblower's identity , where declared

• the protection of personal data

• the absolute prohibition of any form of retaliation , direct or indirect, against anyone who makes a report in good faith

Following the submission of the report, Sartoria Italiana will provide confirmation of receipt within the timeframes established by law and will guarantee feedback on the outcome or status of the report , compatible with confidentiality requirements and ongoing checks.
If the reporter has identified himself or can otherwise be contacted via the platform, feedback will be provided through the same channel.

The processing of personal data related to the management of reports takes place in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Legislative Decree 24/2023 , exclusively for the purposes related to the management and verification of reports.
